Hello Stephen, we've been on site for several years and have had a lot of 'challenging' converstaions over that time with the many different managers/owners, we've had threats and intimidation and thoroughly unpleasant interactions. Despite my optimistic outlook I am disappointed each time as the 'new' management takes over and continues along in the same veign.

The residents committee back then, were very helpful, they had a number of well informed people who were able to understand your rights and assist you with these problems, often acting on your behalf to help reduce the stress and strains of advocating for your residential rights.
